We currently collect and process the following information:

•tPersonal information including names, relevant contact details, photo consent, preferences and medical information relevant to the booking.  

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

•tTo know who is registered on our classes and who to contact in relation to that booking. We require the information for the purpose of safety, planning and financial management. I also keep notes of classes and any concerns that may arise during the session for the purposes of safe record keeping.

•tOn rare occasions, due to the safety of the participants, a school that we work with may share information with us that we may need to record.  

We use the information that you have given us in order to manage, run and financially consider the operation of classes and to ensure the safety of those registered.

We may share this information with the relevant members of those working within the school within which I am based should it be necessary and emergency services and services including but not limited to child wellbeing and welfare.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep the information that you provide upon booking and notes added to this from and via the sources detailed above for as long as the child remains at the school I am working in. We will then dispose your information by deleting files from the device on which I make my notes and the CRM where data is stored. All devices are password protected.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
